I'm Lenka Eaton
Originaly from Slovakia, I grew up with a passion for food at a early age.
My passion for cakes reach as far as studying sugar craft skills with famous cake artists and patisserie masters in Europe and in UK.
As well as running my own company for several years.
How
did it all start...
When I was young I loved to get in the way of my mum and Nan when they were in the kitchen. My fingers were always in bowls trying and testing. When I was about 14 years old my mum become ill and ever since then I was cooking and baking.
But my passion about baking started growing when I became part of the Eaton family. As a new step mum of two beautiful boys, my interest and passion for baking and specifically for cake decorating began to blossom.
I made my first celebration cake of football boots for my eldest son and and 80th Birthday cake for my mother-in-law, she loved it so much.
Ever since then, whatever the occasion I was always asked to make cakes for family and friends.
In 2018/2019 I competed many courses and gained many certificates. I’m proud owner of Food and Hygiene Certificate along side of Allergy Awareness Certificate and many Decorating courses.
